As well, it is another great way to get rid of any remaining lice and nits, and so what you need to do here is to comb your hair with a fine-tooth comb that has been soaked in Lysol disinfectant or a lice-killing shampoo – the choice is up to you – but just make sure that you do not pour the Lysol directly onto your scalp.
